Are you looking for a spring challenge? Trying to conquer a new distance? The inaugural High Lea 6/12/24 hour race is waiting for you! The course is 2.95 miles with 237' of gain. It works out to be about 9 loops for a marathon with 2,133' of gain, 17 loops for a 50 miler with 4,029' of gain, and 34 loops for 100 miles
There's much to see here. A nature preserve rich in history. Camp roads, trails, lakes, and waterfalls. Once a girl scout camp and also home to inventor Jim Kirby. We will have a full service aid station at the summer barn as well as primitive tent camping sites.
The course is a 2.95 mile loop on mostly camp roads. We will run through the old girl scout camp and around the lakes. We will start all distances at 7:00 am on May 22. There is also an overnight 12 hour option that will start at 7:00 pm.
