The High Lea 6/12/24 hour race is the first in a series of races that benefits the parks where we run. New in 2024, we also have a 100 mile run. A portion of the proceeds goes back to the Richfield Heritage Preserve.

Nuthatch Nonsense is a 15k trail run that takes place in the Sand Run Metro Park. With over 1,000' feet of gain, this race is sure to satisfy your need for hills! A portion of the proceeds from this race go back to the Summit Metro Parks Foundation trail fund.

The new Barn Burner 5k Trail Race is a run and hike friendly race to show off the new North Fork Preserve of Bath. Join us for a run through the 78 acre preserve created by a Clean Ohio Conservation grant and a generous donation from the Lemmon family. FGRC timed event.

Fun, fast 5k course running from the Bath Community Park to the observatory at Bath Nature Preserve. On the way back from the observatory you will enjoy the permanent planet markers marking their relative distance from the "sun". FGRC timed event.

Crowell Hilaka is a 1/2 marathon and 10k trail race in the Richfield Heritage Preserve. Rich with history, these grounds have been home to a girl scout camp, an orchard, and an inventor's home. A portion of the proceeds from this race go back to the Richfield Heritage Preserve.

The Regal Beagle Ultra is a 50k, 25k, and 5 mile community run that traverses the rolling hills of the Bath Nature Preserve and the Bath Community Park. A portion of the proceeds will be shared between Bath Parks and the University of Akron Field Station.

Wingfoot Lake was originally owned by Akron's own Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and joined the Ohio state system in 2009. In the past, cross country meets were held here, and for our race we will be using some of the trails used for those meets.
